We reserve the right to change, amend and/or substitute the Industry Categories shown on the final, printed Crisis Card product as required. Experience has shown that in certain mailing areas, we may have difficulties in obtaining suitable companies for each Industry type. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute such Industry Category(ies) with those more suited to that particular mailing zone/campaign. As an example, we may substitute the 'Florist' Industry Category to that of 'Dry Cleaning' or an equivalent service of which we consider more pertinent or suited to that particular mailing zone/campaign.

If you're tired of hearing the same excuses and fed-up with receiving lame, miserable levels of service then you will find us a refreshing change! Unlike most companies, we neither hide behind our website or a veil of extension numbers - we want to hear from you. Information about our customers is an important part of our business. Crisis Card Media Services cares about how information about you is used, and we only use information that you provide exclusively for the purpose of responding to your requests and communication regarding your order or potential order.
All information is kept on a secure server computer.
No information has or ever will be sold, traded, or otherwise viewed by any
third parties.
Through our SSL order process, your credit card number is encrypted and recorded on
a separate secure server. As a fraud prevention measure, we also record the IP
address of the person making the transaction.
As an existing advertiser, you will always be given first choice to re-new your Crisis Card advertisement for the following twelve month period. Approximately three months prior to the new Crisis Card being printed and distributed, you will be contacted via telephone and email to determine whether you wish to re-new your contract for a further twelve month period. You are of course, welcome to send in your renewal payment at any time prior to receiving this communication from us.
There is no obligation to continue your advertisement however, we will need your confirmation as quickly as possible in order that we may offer the advertising opportunity to other clients on our reserve list should this be necessary. Needless to say, most advertisers are extremely keen to continue their relationship with Crisis Card Media Services, so demand for ad placement is always extremely high.
All applicable renewal amounts will be charged to the credit card held on file. If you wish to pay via a different card or alternative method, then please notify us accordingly.
We will make every effort to change or cancel your order upon written
request.
If your order has not yet started the production process and we are able to
offer, and subsequently substitute your advertisement category with that of a competing business held on our reserve list,
then no additional charges will be applied and we will be happy to fulfill your
cancellation request.
We usually have a substantial number of businesses held on our reserve lists
and we will always try to accommodate all cancellation requests in a fair
manner. Your satisfaction is always our number one priority.
Unfortunately, once the mailing card design has been proofed and submitted for final printing,
we will not be able to consider cancellation requests.
